Have you noticed that same optimization happens on pc graphics drivers too. Have you ever taken a look at texture quality in games for example? Lighting? Anti-aliasing? That's where you can always tell which one is console version.

About the price, I'm just wanting to point out that at least as equal computer is not more expensive than console itself. Don't get me wrong, I think consoles have a market spot with easy setup and such. Also couch multiplayer is a strong competitive factor. I own PS4 and PC myself too - I'm just a bit tired of taking it all up in the ass that Sony decides. Also, don't want people to assume things - like PS4 is equal to $2000 gaming pc.
in terms of an equal pc the pc is useless becasue they are always upping the minimum requirements forcing u to upgrade ps4 we wont have that meanwhile those pcs u linked wont even be able to game
ps4 isnt equal to a 2000 pc shit even a $1000 pc can shit on the ps4 but those pcs you posted were not even close to either my pc > those and its like 10+ years old
to sum it up dont believe everything you read on the internet becasue whoever built those pcs are prob just butt hurt pc gamers trying to show pc can hang when it cant
