crazy how in the multiplayer, there is less than a 1% chance of running into another player.. that shows how vast the universe is..

the ultimate goal is to explore and find the center of the universe..

im excited to play it.. never played a game like this before.. i usually look for a game that is multiplayer based

as it was stated certain planets give certain gear n such
meaning the most popular planets will be most likely where u find players so that 1% chance is really
99% chance

Everyone will start on different planets, so for everyone to locate and travel to said planets, would take a very long time, you will most likely not meet a lot of people, the universe they have created is so vast.

I wonder if this will turn into some "free-for-all" type mentality when a player does encounter another player. As in DayZ when a player runs into another generally they will
fight each other to loot one another. I am curious to see if this will be the case in No Man's Sky.

i guess it depends on what kind of loot they will let you get off other players.
as vast as this game is i would hope people wouldnt want to get all dayz on your ass
