Maybe I don't view things the same way you guys do.

The things you mentioned, I would refer to them as ADDITIONS, not gameplay.

I would consider them as gameplays since they affect the gameplay. The graphics are also much better. Not to mention Frostbite 2 versus Frostbite 1, huge difference in my eyes.

What do you consider as gameplay then?

i dont consider graphics to be included with gameplay at all.

Gameplay for me is simply the foundation of the game.....the genre...what you do.....

The gameplay for COD is a fast-paced FPS.
The gameplay for BF is a realistic FPS

I don't own a ps3, but play it often.

right right I'm not saying that either. graphics are always just a bonus and something they do to make the next of a series better.

and yeah other than the slow paced/fast paced there are many changes from BC2 and BF3. You really gotta play it to see for yourself. It doesn't feel like BC2 AT ALL IMHO

for example, the snipers.
the snipers in BC2 had bullet drop + steady scope
BC3 snipers roll barrel and you have to hold L3 to hold your breath AND you have bulletdrop. So sniping in BF3 is much much more challenging than BC2 imo.
That's why I don't know if u remember or not but everyone in BC2 sniped for the first month. But now majority of people in BF3 are regular classes and you have 2-3 snipers a game which is perfect.

idk man, I think from what you said you haven't played the beta yet. when u do u'll probably see the change. It's very noticeable. It "Feels" much better than BC2.

the grapics on ps3 arnt that good tho ..

Oh i understandt the changes are apparent.

BF3 (without any argument) will be the most realistic FPS (witht the best graphics) oon the market.

yeah I was expecting better

but by no means is it bad. For a console it looks damn good. I'll be happy to see if MW3 is half as good as BF3

but Killzone 3 has the best FPS graphics that I have personally seen on console ;)

i dont think mw3 will have better graphics.
cod has the better gameplay imo. i like fast paced shooters more.
i love both games tho ^^

bf3 > bc2 .. alot more fast paced and more action. seems like they checked out some COD


btw, there is no realistic shooter.
there are only more or less realistic ones.
