He has seen, witnessed, and been part of both the deaths and births of new nations and worlds and seen millions of his own kind die right before his eyes. He has been through physiological torment that left every know species on the planet in a dormant and idle state, but left him untouched. He has fallen off the tallest points in the known dimensions and willing lied himself down on railroad tracks just to feel something after he killed the entire X-Men by HIMSELF. There is a reason there is many constituency programs in the Marvel World that target Wolverine...

And even now Magneto is still recovering from the House of M event meaning Wolverine can pretty much fuck his shit up considering his powers don't work.

Would have to blow his head off clean and hope it was completely destroyed and not in reach of his shoulders because it could easily reattach. Not to mention his skeleton is still adamatinum laced and the laser would have to sever that
