At this point I don't remember what the vanguard modifiers were. I just like the accuracy and impact. And that its not suros. I don't generally use hand cannons in pvp tho I do a ton in pve. It's so seldom I actually pvp tho lately. I lvl a lot of gear and am always looking for engrams for sapphire wire and steel plates

they increase you vanguard reputation, which you need to lvl to buy the gear to get to 31

you will need to get to vanguard rep lvl 4 to get all the vendor gear, unless you get lucky and find and engram that drops a helm or chestpiece for your class
