hand canons are top tier

Really? I find I get a good hit and its an automatic kill.

At this point I don't remember what the vanguard modifiers were. I just like the accuracy and impact. And that its not suros. I don't generally use hand cannons in pvp tho I do a ton in pve. It's so seldom I actually pvp tho lately. I lvl a lot of gear and am always looking for engrams for sapphire wire and steel plates

I got a helmet engram from one of my weeklies. Too bad it was the same titan helm I was wearing with a lower roll.
