I think he means to the point of suffocation. You hold your breath, yes, but then you breathe out slowly.

I thought I was going to have difficulties because of my eyes. They are not the best. I shot about 24 shots with a rifle and scope at 100 yards away. 22 hit the target and 4 were bullseye. The guy I went with had a shotgun too. He said he loaded it with slugs and told me to try to hit the target for the lulz. He told me you aren't supposed to shoot at something that far with a shotgun but he does because it's fun to shoot. I took 3 shots with that and one of them actually hit the target. Other then we shot a gong 200 yards away and I was able to hit it 14/15 times.

Its easy to get shots on target. Getting within 1 MOA is the toughie.
