You're supposed to switch drivers if you want your drivers' strength to go back up. It wouldn't make any sense to ever use more than 1 driver if a pit stop refreshed your driver's stats.

When you hit the 24 hour races dont set a pit strength, just let them pit when the tyres/fuel run out and they will switch then.

when you do enduros and you run out of petrol you car slows down and auto pits, does this happen on bspec aswell? and if it does, does it automatically switch drivers?

or do i have to sit here watching this cunt drive for 2-24 hours at a time...

They sure do. You can set pit strength to 10% for the races up to Le Mans, but for the last two i set it to off so they only pit for tyres/fuel
