i didnt like the custom servers patch
it just made everyones stats boost up since u can set it to 500% and just kill all day

think i mentioned this before

i just play 500% cause it remains full throughout the game. lower ticks people always leave after the game ends.
and you cant really kill when its 500%, especially when youre dominating right at the beginning of the game. they dont move out of their base lol

even if people leave after the game ends, more people fill in for the missing people
500% on conquest is a really long game and you can still be dominating like default tick but u just get more kills by dominating longer and bottlenecking their team longer
so basicly just camping their spawn longer and easier kills

the maps for bf3 no longer make conquest fun
the distance is much much too far to come back from domination
unlike bfbc2

they perfected rush mode though
its much more challenging but still leaves room for chance to win if played right
which is why i play that more often
rush mode on bfbc2 wasnt so hot

Camping does happen but it's not as often as you think, unless you actually play with good players and not some randos obv. You'll get kills but it's not a good amount unless you're a decent pilot since they just hang out in their base till something happens.
Most of the time my time was getting raped I'd manage to make it to the furthest flag but no one would spawn on me which completely defeats the purpose
You can come back though definitely. I've actually lost a couple times where the other team leaves and people know how to play join and just rag dolls us
I used to play rush as well but there's so many more campers just waiting for you to arm that thing and the boundaries suck

well thats part of rush mode which makes it much more challenging
the camping in rush is completely different from the camping in conquest
in conquest if camped when dominated, youre bottlenecked
in rush there are plenty ways around

if i played conquest in 500% my stats would probably go off the charts lol

It's the same rofl. If anything there's more ways in cq since there isn't limited boundaries

no because u can have a possible of 2 tanks
in conquest when the game is dominated
the opposing team will spawn only in 1 area and the direction the dominating team only needs to cover is probably a 50-60 degree angle

whereas rush mode it is much harder to bottleneck and usually there is only 1 tank and its a light tank depending on the map

This. Instead I have Medals in most every game modes and my match history is wide spread through Rush, Conquest, TDM, DOM and even game modes like SQDM and Scavenger.



"camping" in Rush is different because your LITERAL OBJECTIVE is to defend one little tiny space that has an MCom in it.

"camping" in Conquest someone just finds a corner off in BFE and goes prone with 1/2 their body in the wall until someone walks past.
