Everytime i pre order something i always get only eeceipt, then show it in store when release, and you get it. What else can you can ? ,

so it seems I won a Vita in a contest on another forum xD
guy thought he'd give it away since he wasn't really using it

true but no where near the same level.

You only get a receipt, they usually ask for u to leave a penny owe on the pre-oreder so it stays tracked in their system. so when you go to pick it up its still in their system and they know where it is.
