Catherine, Valkyria Chronicles, White Knight Chronicles (before part 2 came out), Eternal Sonata.

All are considered niche games that didn't do so well. People want them, but not as many were sold in the first place so less are available. So, they end up holding value.

Like Zelda Twighlight Princess and so on.

It's not because they are rare or something, it's just nintendo will always sell enough copies that they don't need to drop the price, mario sells
