You can buy Aerodynamic parts from the GT auto :)
And then in settings you can lower/higher you aerodynamic, either you wing or rear.

yes, and there is only a wing like i said before, and i maxed it? or should i let it be lower?

As aero dynamic you have, as better are you "glued" to the ground :)
Go for the max imo. Or at least between 17-20 :)
