yup that's also true, the games have to be deisnged for it. but I know that flight simulators and shit would be coming out for it

consumer version of rift is still expected some time next year, no date yet
right I know there are plenty of joy sticks. but flight simulators are nothing like car racing simulators. In a car you only have a wheel and pedals and shifter, but for flight you have all these different switches and buttons that unless they MAKE the joystick and position them exactly the way they are in the game and have the same exact button layouts as the game then it's going to be hard using a rift since you need to see where the buttons are and if you look at the video a lot of the time the guy is looking down at the panels instead of looking at the sky.
but in racing u don't need to see the wheel, just gotta feel it so the rift would work perfectly then
