ok so it wasn't 1.07 yet, seems the update i saw was just for the artpack, not for the game itself

1.07 has hit PC (for real this time)
idk if it hit consoles yet
but it seems all the DLC witcher gear might've had a level req increase as I'm level 15 wearing stuff that requires 17 and 18
