Now I'm not saying that in certain areas the supply was always in surplus, I just think the no company could have prepared for the success.

Yes, you did speak about your decade in an entry level retail position. I spoke about mine referencing an economic strategy and statements that were present at the time. But I guess we will never know who is correct and what to go off of, Nintendo saying they used the Blue Ocean Strategy or a Toys'R'Us employee experience.
