They said only characters dlc and they will be released same time for everyone and they will also be free

Already stated there will be no ultra or super
Any additions will be free updates

characters are free for in game currency or you can spend money


so its like league of legends. Play the game, get some virtual currency to spend on shit. So assuming you play a lot, you probably won't have to spend a dime on added characters
