That's what I asked him to begin with lol. He said exactly what he said there, he just had it on copy/paste and kept saying the same shit when I asked for details.

Most support companies are only allow'd to copy and paste various answeres. I used to work at a Sony support call center and we had a couple different sheets with answers we can say. Very certain circumstances we could say something that wasn't on the papers.
