The FPS genre is stagnate, which is exactly why I said Killzone brings nothing new to the table.

They don't run games at 1080p 60 fps, they run SOME games 1080p with a maximum output of 60 fps, there isn't a single PS4 game out that is graphically intensive and maintains a stable 60 fps, games like Knack drop into the teens, doesn't even stable in the high 30's. BF4 runs at 900p and struggles to maintain 60 fps. Resolution and framerate aren't all there is to gaming either, consoles lack features such as Anti-Aliasing (they use FXAA at best on some games, a blurry outdated form or anti-aliasing which ruins detail) Almost all games lack Anisotropic filtering, a feature that has been in PC gaming for a long time and hardly straining on performance at all.  There are many other features such as downsampling, running games at 4k internal resolution within your monitor's native resolution (a sharper, far more detailed result)

Yes, it's possible you will see more games that would have originally been developed for PC on the PS4 and Xbox One due to sharing the same architecture, but don't be surprised if its the opposite and more console games find their way on PC, games that were once exclusive to sony systems like main title KH & FF games (KH3 and FFXV) have already been said to come to PC if the demand is there.

And yes, PC is worth the cost. They are much, much more future proof. As games get more demanding you have many more options, upgrading part(s) or simply changing your settings and tweaking, no matter the choice it will be ahead of ps4 and xbox one in terms of looks and performance.  PC gaming is not as expensive as people make it out to be, in the long-run it is cheaper than console gaming. There is no fee to play online like with PS4 and Xbox One, games are not retarded expensive. There are always sales, there are things like humblebundle. Just a few months ago they had a WB humblebundle, F.E.A.R 1, 2 and 3, LOTR games, Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY edition, Batman Arkham City GOTY edition, Scribblenauts Unlimited + more all in your steam library for less than $5. Games that you can immediately tweak to your liking, play them in 1080p 60 fps, options not available on console. Building a custom PC is not as expensive as people make it out to be. You can build a PC far, far stronger than the PS4 for $800 - $1000, by the time you've bought your PS4, PSN+ and 2 games you've probably spent $600 including taxes

pc futureproof? LOL sure if you buy top of the line everything and spend like 3 grand and even then you will need to upgrade in like 5 years to keep up with max graphics games constantly advance on pc... consoles you dont need to worry about them advancing too much
orrrrrrrr i can drop 400 on a ps4 and have that for the same amount of time..even 5 years of ps+ thats 400+250 so 650 vs apparently a $1000 pc thats cheaper
and no you cant build a pc much stronger then ps4 for $1000 a good video card alone is like 3-400 then u need the cpu motherboard case psu ram fans ect ect ...pc is expensive as people make it out to be thats why ppl make it out to be expensive
and i really doubt the ps4 struggles to put out 1080p at 60fps lol i mean siht i just read the back of my bf4 case for pc and ps4 has pretty much the reccomended hardware which usually means it can run max nps
consoles output better performance then an evenly matched pc even so if thats the pc req consoles should be able to pull that off easy
