Yeah, kinda sucks. Rather grind vanguard marks to hit 31

Especially when the gear isn't worth it too. That's why I'm not super excited for it either

Just wait for the black hammer from raid. Not worth grinding out lvl 5 for a mediocre sniper imo.

Unless you've reached that point where there isn't anything else to do besides crucible for the rest of the week until reset haha.

After I grind out a few marks and do the weekly on my hunter yeah I'll be at that point.
