Nobody I play with pop flares before the final lock on and if they do they are still rocking their stripes and have no idea how the game works.

With the Javelin there is no final lock on it's the same flat bleep.

i just hodl it locked on for a few secs then unzoom 9/10 times the person pops their flares then i just reloc kn pop a rocket in they ass

Only thing I can think of is PS3 players are BAD.

even then i still cant take the aircraft down cause so op

its harder to paly on ps3 then pc... shit id prob run trian on pc n i havnt even played a pc fps in a while
id prob be able to snipe too i cant snipe for shit on ps3

i agree, many ps3 players ive played with in either cod or battlefield are so bad

i dont even know how many times ive died from behind cuz my teammate just sits there looking at him like a deer in headlights

I think they are better because the ways anyone on this board describes "What to do in this situation" it's always something I never see work on the Xbox.

The only people that would pop flares before the missile being fired is a guy fresh into his stripes or someone who is completely over the top bad at this game.

idk dude. that happens 80% of the time i lock onto choppers, whther it be with a jav or a stinger. i just wait for the flares and then fire =\ im not an aircraft guy so i dont exactly know how they work, but like i said, thats how it goes when i do it.

aircrafts are op now tho.... shit is so frustrating sometimes -.-
