Xur needs to have a Praxic fire upgrade and I'll be happy don't want to use vanguard armor to hit 31. 3 pieces is enough for me

Anyone able to help with the weekly nightfall?? Got any good stratagies?? Need to do it all 3 of my chars. But only 1 is at lvl 30. Other 2 are at lvl 29.
