I don't really care for Railroad and I'm leaning towards BoS although institute is kinda cool

Been playing on all 3 sides for awhile but I'm sure I'm gonna have to make a choice soon

Just read that you can join all 3 (4 including Minutemen but they're a neutral faction) but you can only advance with one faction later and I assume most likely destroy the others

The game will tell you with a prompt popping up on the screen that it's a point of no-return because you will turn the other fraction hostile from that point on. Then you can just cancel it, make a new save file there and return to do the other quest later after the first ending. I recommend going for Nuclear Family first and then reloading to finsh the the Nuclear Option.

Actually, you even have to reload the save a 3rd time for the third fraction's missions.
