I am currently level 22. What is the best/fastest way to gain exp/credits at my current level?

haha just tuned up some dodge i bought and now it has ~700bhp is near enough impossible to control

Do the Indy Race in Like The Wind till you hit 23 then do the Indy Race in the American Champs till 24.

try using a 1500 bhp car
