They charge the money 2 days before release ( when preload is about to start )

Normaly if u preorder on store they dont charge.
They never charged me upfront. This way u can cancel preorder if undont want it anymore

I find that ridiculous man. Charge me as soon as I order so the money is gone and the deal is done. If I have to cancel just refund my ass/store credit me etc.

Terrible system imo

it must only be like for for germany
cuz ive preordered 2 games n both took cash from my wallet instantly
only way u can preorder and not pay full is at EB games n u put like $5 down
