A guard should find you and try to take you to jail, request to pay the bounty shouldn't be much.

my 1h is 51 everything else is like 15-25

LVL 37 khajiit atm with: 100 pickpocket, 77 archery, 68 1h (dw), 74 sneak, 96 smithing all i can say is playing as a thief/archer type is godmodeish, i rerolled after my dw plate wearer kept getting assfucked by casters

go to the little island in the lake southwest of Whiterun, the Lady stone is there and boosts HP and Stamina regen, which are both noticable. it's the best i've found so far
