Don't upgrade your exotics. Read this first

I bought Destiny digital edition and downloaded it from another psn accout, but ofc playing and getting thropies for my own one. What when i get a DLC from PS Store? Maybe stupid question, but would it work just fine? Don't want to waste money.

Ive been lazy on upgrading all my exotic weaps sweet

I'll just need to upgrade icebreaker Gjallarhorn and my Praxic fire. I'll probably do my sun breakers too to be safe because I don't know what raid gear I'll find in the new dlc

Sounds like this is happening next Friday not this upcoming Friday.

Also if you want the new vanguard/crucible gear try to hold off on leveling them until after the dlc patch next Tuesday. Nightfall/heroic is usually a good way to level those quick at the beginning of the week

Nightfall apparently changes to level 30 next week as well. No problem for 30s as it will remain the same but people under leveled may very well have trouble

oh are they going to let us exchange our vanguard gear for upgraded versions once the dlc is released

No they are putting entire new gear in the vendors but you have to level up the vendors to get a commendation so that you can buy the new gear
