Battlefield 3 is a common sense game. You don't need to spend hours learning the hidden tactics; all you need is common sense.

So I turn on the game and I automatically know which class to play, because it's common sense?
Of course it takes time to go through each class and determine which has the better capabilities and racking up more kills/exp.

e:\ it's not a debate, I asked a simple question, it also has a simple answer so long as someone who knows their stuff responds.

If you need more then 5 minutes to learn what does what in this game then I have bad news for you.

it all boils down to what kind of player you are..
I like to run around and shoot shit. therefore i go assault and hope for somebody with ammo packs can keep up with me. I heal myself while getting kills and try to keep my team up running so we can overcome the other team in Number rather than skill cuz many, MANY, noobs play now.

Once i get star #5 for assault ima go Engi, many NNOOOOOOOOBBBBBBBBBSSSSSSS get in the fucking tanks, sit in one spot and get kills for not doing anything, and I will make it my gurantee that this will stop happening.

I also like the helis more than anything in this game. So I am constantly in the heli's either getting shot down, or fucking shit up.

best way to find out for yourself? PLAY THE FUCKING GAME INSTEAD OF ASKING.

Game is fun and better than any cod I have played.

He's right if you know what kind of player you are you literally learn the game in the first 5 mins. No if ands or butts

i wasnt talking about you lol i was talking about the retard that stoel my tank whiel i was repairing it n got me killed cuz he drove by one of thier tanks whiel getting soht at wasnt shooting back n just stop beside it like he doesnt know how to shoot or sumthin idk wtf
then the same game im in an amtrac gun shooting at tihs helicopter cant hit it cuz the guys driving runnig into rocks n shit like huge noob then he just stops while the helicopter is shooting us n blwos us up
shit drives me nuts dont drive a vehicle if u dont know how they gotta have like a battlefield license test and teach ppl how to use the vehicles before they go online n get other ppl killed

Their argument is, "Well if you don't want us to drive then we will never learn."

It takes 5 minutes tops to get used to a land vehicle in Battlefield, 30 seconds of which should be enough learn how to not hit the large stationery shipping container in front of you...

/edit I'll admit to be GOOD at a land vehicle might take practice, but to learn how to function in one is common sense.
