Don't like the new patch. They once again ruined daily public events again by getting rid of the package. Cryptarch takes about 3-4 times as long to level. I swear if I don't get a legendary from his package at the very least every other time.......

I don't look forward to playing the Templar tomorrow now. I cheesed out of convenience and because I use my materials to upgrade stuff I wanna play with. Great I don't need them for exotics. I still do for legendaries, I guarantee we won't be able to kill Templar without teleports tomorrow so there's 2 less mats I'm getting on top of the less mats because of the lack of a daily package. Oh wait my cryptarch is leveling slower too so I have less of a potential there for mats as well.

I don't care about thorn and bad juju. They never interested me since I started getting exotics, thought I'd want bad juju 2 months ago and now I don't use any pulse rifles at all.

10 points for 20 materials perfect

Takes longer to farm 10 marks than it does to farm 20 mats. And in the time I farm 10 marks I find 20+ mats easily

I had 170+ both marks on both chars so was a win for me, as for the templar ya.... I've never not cheesed him so will be a learning experience.

I also got super lucky my buddy got kicked had to install the patch while i was farming spirit bloom to max my mythoclast b4 the update and just got it done then i was kicked/updated.

/e i need will be doing my last weekly tonite along with a raid im told after 11pm est

so this new patch didnt really effect me that much since i dont own any exotics

but what are your thoughts guys?

the point is now you can accidentally get materials which is good. i just bought 200 of every material. set for a while.

as for your point on upgrade materials, stop upgrading stuff until the dlc comes out. no telling what will be required then. it always sucks to have your gameplay fucked with but we will not miss the -----two----- free ascendant materials we get for not letting him teleport. one daily's worth. have you ever skipped a daily?

anyways. good patch. hopefully they continue to make stuff like shards and etc relevant now.

so if i dismantle an exotic right at this very moment ill get one of those exotic materials?
