Ive only played bf3 a few times but so far it seems like there are not many people to shoot at...is this just certain maps ? I'm used to playing MAG where its mostly NSA...which I find much more enjoyable.

bf3 is a slow paced game compared to games like mw3 and mag.
however, this all depends on maps and modes.
consoles have a lot slower action pace due to having only 12v12, whereas it's 32v32 on the pc.
if on consoles conquest is a lot slower pace than rush.
larger maps obviously have slower face than maps such as the grand bazaar, op gaytro (rush on metro isn't as bad as cq metro...esp on consoles), and seine crossing.
you should try out rush

e: knowing the mpas helsp a lot when it comes to finding ppl u tend t oknow where they go and stuff vs just runnig around wildly looking for ppl

i felt that way when i first started playing. once you are used to the maps, it seems like there is way more action trust.

yea i still would rather play mag than bf cause there is people everywhere you look in mag
but you kind of move around a lot more because there is much more camping in bf

what mode u play?
conquest hardly has any campers maybe 1 or 2 snipers but thats not bad at alll. its like hide quick to cap the flag run off to the next one killing everybody on the way there
