Do you know how many blocks a game takes on average?

nope, but loking stuff up before the carts can hold a pretty decent filesize i think, but i think the games don't go much higher than 2-4GB at most

I can't imagine the file saves being that much. Although if I do get one I don't plan on playing many games right now.

well the game saves go on the game cart for physical games

Oh yeah forgot about that part haha. Then there would really be no reason to upgrade the SD card.

My brother in law was saying a few times he wish he had gotten the downloadable New Leaf so he doesn't have to switch that often between games.

The online market place is pretty trash too for the DS or it was when I had one about a year back.

I don't plan on using the market place. I don't think there will be a need to that I can think of currently.

*If I remember I think they did update the market place and make a few changes when I was going through the news.

They didn't have many games and the ones they did where extremely over priced. So I just put the SD card I got for it in my camera and kept the default one in the DS. Never had a problem.

Well if I do get one in the near future, I don't picture myself having the need to use the market place. I could be wrong though. Maybe to cash in the one coin thingies (forgot what they are called).
