I don't really like that review. The score isn't what is bothering me, but the actual review.
It basically complaining that it is basically UC2 with some upgrades. This isn't a new franchise and it is the third in a relative progressive franchise. Meaning UC1 had the magic, UC2 tried to capitalize on it with upgrades, and UC3 is trying to do the same.
But, I don't feel like this was the time to reboot the franchise and start integrating new aspects. I definitely feel that it would have been premature and that the franchise still has life after UC3 in which they can integrate new aspects, possibly in a UC spin-off.
UC2 with upgrades is what people want, at least it is what I want.
