if i finish the raid on hard (which i did), can i still do it on normal to get more stuff?

you can only get the exotic chest again i believe and any chests you didnt get on the hard raid

what about boss rewards? will i not get any drops from them at all?
and which chest is the exotic chest? why you callin it an exotic chest? all the chests seem the same to me (ive only completed the raid in full 2 times thus far)

You won't get anything from normal after hard other than the spirit bloom chest and the "exotic" chest. By exotic he means the one after you fall through the caves. It had a chance to give you exotics which is probably why he called it that.
