How many games have you seen? It has 25 after 53. GTA IV had 50 out of 86 (And this was before most website reviewers moved to a 5 point scale). Most games over 95 on Metacritic have 25+. There's 17 unique games (Excluding repeats) on Metacritic 96 or over, most from this generation.
