I don't know about that. They didn't do RDR on PC either. Game Informer, Amazon, Wikipedia only mention PS3/360 and Rockstar has "no details to share" on PC version. It took 8 months for GTA 4 to be on PC. I am kind of hoping it will be on PC, but i'm not really banking on it.

I guess Rockstar has confirmed will be releasing a PC version of GTA 5, but no details as of October 31st.

RDR wasn't on the PC but GTA V will be eventually, they don't have time to do patchign themselves so they'll get another Rockstar studio to port it then handle the patching when it comes out.
