I've gotten more flack on this website about trophies than anywhere else
Idk why some people are so concerned about it
It has zero effect on them
The trophy hunter community is so small when you think about it
Out of the millions of people in the world who have ps3s and ps4s
There is literally only a few thousand people that actively seek out the achievements
But its like any sport, people always wanna hate on the top dog
People always want to call out the heavy weight champion of the world

One day I'll have more platinums than you ...... lol just joking.

i dont think its hate on you specifically, its you or anyone that plays a game that doesnt enjoy it

wouldnt really say its similar to being good at sports either, lol. more like you have a large collection, doesnt really take skill just takes time and some money

I play games I enjoy
And I play games for trophies because I enjoy trophies
I like FPS, that's where I started when I first got a ps3
That's even where my PSN name was created from
I played a bunch of CoD when I first started out
So I thought to myself..I play shooters, I blow a bunch of shit up
What would a good online name be, so I came up with Property_Damage
I Even took the time to platinum 4 or 5 different CoD games because I enjoy the games..and like I said, I enjoy the achievements aswell

And I'm not saying gaming is a sport
Its just a minor comparison
On this site specifically, I have more platinums than any individual
A better completion rating and better country/world ranking
So you could say I'm the Flloyd Mayweather of this site when it comes to trophies
And people are always trying to bash Flloyd

There's only a handful of people on jsp that care about trophies
So if you or anyone else doesn't care for them, just avoid this topic
There's no need to trash talk someone because they are doing something that they like

As said before, I'm not judging I collect trophies and play lots of games as well.

Idk, it is what it is
Have I played a game (or a few dozen, who's counting anyways?) just for trophies?..Of course I have
I got hooked when I unlocked my first platinum and I want to get as many as possible because it's fun to me
But i've also played many, many games that I thoroughly enjoyed
And I still do and will continue to

At the end of the day
Its my consoles, my money and my free time
So be it
I work 2 jobs 6 days a week, sometimes even 7 if there's a no-show at work, i have a steady relationship and I pay all my bills on time

If I wanna play fucking Pac-Man or a Call of Duty game to unwind and get some trophies in the process, it's my business
I'm still a respectable gamer, I'm not on my Mic talking shit to people when I play, I lend tips and advice and help along the way if someone asks me

For me personally, I don't dislike him because he trophy hunts every second of his spare time. I try to game as much as I can too. I can't hate on that. It's the fact that he has acted like he's king shit compared to others because he has more platinums.

Let's put it this way
When I first came to this sub forum
I had 25plats
Ysobad was the statistical platinum champion at 69plats
Now look at the numbers
So yeah, I'm king shit MFer lol
And if I wanna be proud of that, I've earned every bit of it
Its what they call, "Bragging Rights"
