i imagine the NX will be designed to work with Wii U stuff since Nintendo tends to be backwards compat by aty least 1 gen these past few gens

Im not sure about that since they are tied to the gamepad

they just need to make gamepad compatible with it
althoguh they'd likely need to make them available separately too

wtf the point of a gamepad when phones can do the same thing basically?

Gamepad=1 spec, just like a console
phones=variety of specs and OS and potential compatibility issues

also the gamepad has buttons, it is an excellent controller imo, just expensive and hard to sell
