You press the down analog button and then you select which ability you want and you can map it with L1 and either of the 4 buttons.

how do you send items to friends>?

did you get the lost and find quest in your pre order?

lost and found quest 1 (find his dish)
lost and found quest 2 (find his helmet)
lost and found 3 (find his compass)

what do you get and how many more lost and found quest are there?

I don't think so. I know with gamestop if gave you more sidequests perhaps.

In the Tri-stone near the one weapon/armor merchant there is a serpent and a serpent icon. You go to it and you move over 1 and scroll up one and it will say gift or something.

I just completed that one side quest from the Shaman and I got 3 items and for talking to her. The pauldron of the Horseman, Chaos Fang, and the level 9 talisman which i'm assuming is the reward for the quest.

I'm not sure yet, but i'm near that area I guess you can say. I finally figured out what the blue stone things are.
