There's definitely been more of actual quality for XB1. (SSOD, TF, FM5, FH2, MCC, DR3, etc), and XB1 will have more games in 2015 and just as many if not more in 2016.

So no, the quality is not greater than the quantity in this case. PS4 has just as many bad games as XB1 and they have less games total, not helping their ratio of good to bad.
