all i seen him do was counter that wins but its boring to watch
remnids me of the time rampage was vs forest griffon or w/e in ufc and forest won becasue all he did was stay back and kick him in the shin
shit like that is why i dont watch fighting of any kinds anymore its got a few guys worth watching and unless they are vs each other its usually not worth watching

defensive style fighting has no place on tv go all out or gtfo

Was quite boring

May be boring to watch, but its a legit strategy. With any fight you wanna take as many advantage as you can. If the guy you were boxing against is known to be a more aggressive and bettet with offensive strikes, you are gonna want to be defensive and wait to rebuttal. Trying to make a match "entertaining" is a great way to get your ass beat.

Except that Mayweather does this every single fight. It isn't him trying to take advantage of his opponent. It is just what he does always. The point about us calling it boring is very important for a dying sport. Pay per view was expensive and many people purchased only to feel letdown. Maybe the hype played a part but that is why it cost that much. Without the hype, no one would have paid that price. A sport that desperately needs a rebirth needed this fight to be much more entertaining and it wasn't.

But why would anyone expect a guy who fights that way to change it, especially during a big PPV event.
