I wouldn't count the games because those might not be the games the buyer wants.
For instance, if I was buying the OP's bundle I could care less about the games, the holder case, and 4gb card. If he was charging for them I would ask how much without them.

I'd tell ya 260 with or without the games

so only $20 difference when getting a new system yourself +a 32GB and having a warranty as well
