he basically keeps al lthe games then sells them ... the game are basically his last generation of his store
this isnt the 1st time hes done this ... which means theres most likely bigger colelctinos by other store owners that havnt sold their shit
if he can get 800k for his games that prob pays for the store itself lol i cant imagine a gamestop worth a few mill

I just don't see where the auction says he's selling a store. It says he's selling his collection and that he has run an online store since 1998 which is how he got some of the collection.
