How would that be possible? IIRC vita is supposedly more powerful than a ps3

It would be a scaled down version. Rumors are that the "stories" patent was for a GTA vita game similar to Vice City Stories for PSP.

there was 2 gta games on the psp so i dont see why they couldnt put gta on vita

depends on how the game is designed, a simple game can run poorly if poorly coded/not optimized
