There (most likely)wont be a price cut in a year and you are actually losing money because the value of your money over time goes down as market inflation devalues money. Basic economics, just sayin'.

inflation wouldn't devalue your $400 to $350 by the end of this year.

and the ps4 likely wont see any sort of price cut by the end of the year either, except maybe in Canada because of the price increase...but unlikely.

My thing is games. The majority of games right now are still 60 dollars. I don't buy new releases now as is with a full lineup I'm not going to pay 60 dollars just because they are the only games to play. Give it a year and the games you want now will be cheaper and the games you wanted to come out will be out.

Which will happen whether or not you have a console. Wait a year and you will probably get some shit slim version of the ps4 which has reduced specs.

That money could be put to better use elsewhere. Why spend 400-500 on a console and play it occasionally when you could spend that money on something else that you want that would get more use in the now.

I mean fuck you could spend that money on the backlog of games you want to play on the last gen. It's what me and pretty much all my friends are doing.

Games are typically $35 at some point during the first 2 months. You just need to find the deal.
