If you have a great team for the quest it doesn't take long. And it's not that bad for some bosses. Like Vosik, its melting him. Also, it's pretty good for PvP too. Ofc it's not as good as the touch was but thats because bungie was so generous and let us use it with blessing of light. Otherwise it would've sucked.

Yeah or grasp or the waltz or the new iron banner pulse or eyasluna or palindrome or finelas peril or pdx ect. Plenty of weapons that out perform it. Hell the mida probably out performs out as well.

Good thing outbreak prime is one of the best pve weapons because it's a pve quest from the pve raid. Pve.
