Depends how much you play and whether or not you adopt the play style the game wants. In my opinion no its not too late but then again I play a lot. It's a fun game. Even with the dlc coming and expanding the game.. all of the old content won't go away or anything.

If you expect to easy your way up to top tier from scratch in a week then yes. If you want to play through and grind a little then no it's not too late. Play the game and have fun

Not at all, buy the game, play it, and if you like it enough buy the expansions (that come out later) too.
