From the directory, the recommended Light is 370. From personal experience, yes, 365 Light is a good level to shoot for before tackling the raid.
That's easily attainable through Heroics. I swear after the 355 Mark, you start getting flooded with upgrades. At least, that was the case for my friend and I.
The last encounter of the raid is at 370 Light and 380 Light for Phase 1 and Phase 2, respectively.
If you do end up making it to Aksis in the 365 Light range, just remember that you're under-leveled and can't rambo adds. Also, Majors will melt you in 2-3 hits.
