You have to get like kill streaks and precision kill streaks or something

Just go into a classic rumble with a friend and have him run to u. Easiest way I found to do it

You just have to get 7 precision kills in one match with the imprecation hand cannon. You don't have to have a consistent streak. Just 7 total in one match

Why is it that when heroic strikes are arc burn people are still using void and solar weps -_-
