Is it the new new slims?

Mine is "Second Gen" slim even though there are apparently like 6 different versions of PS3 released.

also he had an aftermarket controlelr he got form walmart or sumthin ... was slightly bigger ten ps3 controller same shape but the analogs were palced like the 360 controller
for those of you that liek the 360 controller go check for that... only downisde is its wireless but u gotta plug in a usb thing for it like a mouse/keyobard
i think u plug it in to charge tho he was saying he couldnt use his ps stand charger thing cuz it didnt fit but he prob uses the cord or sumthin

I wonder if it's the hard drive or they changed the hardware a little.

well iirc the slims have better hardware specs wise buts its underclocked to equal the fat ps3 specs and to run cooler and use less power
but when they came out it was proven the loadtimes were a bit slower... so somehow by underclocking the better hardware it lost a tiny bit of its speed
nothing major but imo it was noticible on certian gmaes... i palyed like 7 tonight and didnt notice it on a lot but some it was like "really?"

Lol. Why would it be underclocked to same specs as the original? The original PS3 uses like 200 watts. I guess it is even smaller so I wouldn't be surprised.

why would u make 1 ps3 be better then the other? would be kind of dumb... and games might not work properly for them
and they prob did it because it was better for cooling and stuff too trying to prevent ylod

I'm wondering if PS4 hard drive will finally have 7200 rpm. It's fairly slim so i'm guessing they're sticking to laptop drives.

7200 rpm heat so much in such a small space :/ hope ps4 has better cooling system than ps3
