it's basically based off how many wins you have. It doesn't include the ratio aspect at all.. except for the points system, which is lame anyway

Like I have said before....Any character is a pain if you are good with them...and alot of characters are frowned upon to use...The other day...someone told me Shang Tsung was fronwed upon....

but the difference between shang tsung is that he takes a large amount of skill and memorization to use, kung lao takes little to none
