i like the great scythe, it scales with DEX, right ?

B until +14, then it gets A

thats what im using on my dex build, angle on some of its attack are deadly (like the R1 dash 2handed attack, so fast and crazy angle)

its +13 for me now, ran out of mats...any good place to farm them ?

been trying the knights in new londo ruins, no luck so far.

edit : also, can i still play my character after i "beat" the last area ?

and where should i farm souls for level ups ?

darkwraith in new longo ruins or the 2 giant sentinel just before ornstein & smough (the ones that heals and cast wotg)

but imo the darkwraith are a lot faster and they have a chance to drop slabs too (use the Covetous Gold Serpent Ring, you should get at least 2 chunks or so per run)

oh and i guess if you can open the kiln, the black knight there each have a specific chunk drop, and its guaranteed, but you need to have all 4 lord souls

only prob with farming darkwraiths is the long ass walk from firelink to new londo.
i havent seen a slab drop yet either =/
i sat there for a good hour and a half farming them non stop with nothing but chunks and dark hands dropping.

slabs is a rare drop ofc
one does not simply farm for slabs

if you really need slab, theres one from the crystal lizard in the great hollow, and theres one you can get from siegmeyer at the end of his sidequest (in the ash lake)
/e: and ofc from the asylum demon (or w/e his name is)
